TRANSITIONS AND HEALING IN NATURE

I work with several addiction treatment facilities in the Western Cape, taking their patients into nature to do group work.

I offer a full-day outdoor programme for people in treatment centres to deepen and celebrate recovery. People often experience this day as a profound factor in their decision to embrace sobriety.

I corroborate with professional guide and poet, Liesl Ravenscroft, to custom create ceremonies and wilderness experiences.

TRE®

TRE® is increasingly offered as a modality to support recovery from addiction while people are in treatment centres.

It is reported by many patients to be their preferred modality. Practiced in a group session, patients often feel relaxed and alive after these sessions and more connected to others.
